V-color announces its first RGB DDR5 O CUDIMM memory modules designed for high overclocking performance. Each strip is equipped with an innovative radiator based on patented technology, as well as a light strip, also protected by a patent.
DDR5 Cclocked Unbuffered Dual Inline Memory Module (CUDIMM) technology allows frequency and voltage to be dynamically adjusted based on workload and system conditions. This innovation results in improved flow rate and reduced power and cooling requirements.
The new RGB O CUDIMM modules are available in 32 GB (2×16 GB) and 48 GB (2×24 GB) dual-channel kits, with speeds ranging from 6400 MT/s to 9200 MT/s. This range is specifically aimed at gamers and content creators, and the integration of XMP profiles makes the overclocking process easier.
Marketed in the XFinity range (Xfinity RGB DDR5), they come in two versions: one with a gold RGB strip and the other with a silver RGB strip, both on a black background. The heatsink uses two 0.8mm thick parallelepipeds on the heatsink, which allows for better adhesion to the memory chips. In addition, 0.2 mm thermal pads with a thermal conductivity of 2.5 W/mK are integrated to optimize heat transfer.
According to V-color’s internal tests, this cooling solution improves thermal efficiency by 2-5%. We have no pricing information.
