Docaposte brings together 12 avengers to secure ETI, SME and VSE

In October, Docaposte, a subsidiary of the La Poste group, presented first brick from its trusted software suite for generative artificial intelligence. Faced with market giants, the company relies on an alliance of specialists.

Docaposte once again relies on cooperation between players in the European and French ecosystem in the field of cyber security. On the occasion of the InCyber Forum (FIC), the publisher launched a special offer, bringing together many components of the market.

A combination of prevention, protection and response

For Guillaume Poupard, CEO of Docaposte and former director of Anssi, it is “the first comprehensive cyber security offer” and “turnkey”. Docaposte is aimed at VSEs, SMEs, ETIs as well as local authorities and healthcare facilities.

The proposal consists of bringing together “all cybersecurity prevention, protection and response solutions” and providing them through a single point of contact. In a sector where tools are legion, Docaposte therefore prefers a unified offer and collaboration with 12 different suppliers.

The package “integrates all the solutions necessary to prevent attacks, protect systems and networks and quickly detect warning signals in order to respond effectively”, emphasizes the French publisher.

Timeshare insurance and CISO services

For Docaposte, such an approach to cyber security allows, in particular, “to meet the challenges of particularly exposed sectors”, including healthcare. However, for healthcare and medical facilities, the company plans to launch a sector-specific version.

The principle should remain the same and consist of bringing together specialists in cyber fields such as secure archiving (Oxibox), attack detection and blocking (HarfangLab and Formind), password management (Wallix), message protection and navigation (MailinBlack, Olféo , PSI and Ubika) etc.

The services are added to the technological tools brought together by Docaposte. Among them, cyber security insurance solutions through partnerships with CNP Assurances and DATTAK. Incident response is also available.

Democratizing cyber solutions

In addition to its package offer, Docaposte specifies that it can also provide, upon request, a cybersecurity consulting service. Stated goal: to support companies in “building a custom system”, for example defining a business continuity plan or equipping a part-time CISO.

Through this catalog of products and services, Docaposte declares that it wants to democratize access to cybersecurity solutions by covering the needs of “the greatest number of people.” The publisher can also count on an alliance with Campus Cyber.

As part of this partnership, the first SME applicants will be able to carry out ‘subsidised’ cyber maturity assessments thanks to Docaposte’s cyber security suite.
