As for the building factor, it varies depending on the area and ranges from 0.21 to 0.60, with the maximum permissible height of buildings not exceeding 10.75 meters.
Following this development, the relevant building permits will follow and work will begin to complete Phase 1 by August 2028, which includes most of the residences and the hotel in the HILLTOP area. However, the beach area is expected to become operational much earlier, in 2027, together with the official opening of Elounda Hills Marina, which will be the most modern private marina in Greece with a capacity of up to 202 berths.
